What are you presenting at Pleasant Prairie Mini Maker Faire?
What inspires you to make?
I’ve been an active studio artist for over 40 years, working in my studio to create work that reflects my interest in materiality and my concern for the environment.
What project have you made that you are proud of, and why?
My most recent project is the creation of the Center for Collaborative Research. We hope the Center will be a place that will draw creatives and the community together.
What tips or advice would you give someone who want to become a Maker?
Go to workshops, do your research, and get started!
Tell us about one of your failed projects.
We recently had a pop-up of both papermaking and printmaking. We set up the area and had very few visitors. That was disappointing.
